Delivery Information

Orders placed before 11am get delivered the same day.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most parts of Zimbabwe and we current have representation in the following areas :

• Harare,
• Chitungwiza
•  Kadoma.

Areas not listed here are still covered but your order may not be delivered the same day, if the delivery falls outside these areas. There is a standard delivery fee that is charged for us to deliver to the doorstep of your relatives in the areas listed above. However for other areas not listed the delivery varies with distance of the area to which the parcel is to be delivered. 

Please note that your relatives will not be required to pay an additional fee when the parcel is delivered. However, where a first attempt delivery fails an additional fee may apply and as our customer will also be notified.  

Collection at our offices

Customers also can elect to let their relatives collect their groceries from our offices. You will not be charged an additional fee if the grocery is to be collected from our offices.
